The challenging 55k course is multi-terrain and brings runners through some amazing landscapes. It starts in Landmannalaugar geothermal area (approximately 600 m above sea level) and ends in Þórsmörk valley. The course’s highest point is Hrafntinnusker which lies 1,100 m above sea level.
